Our founders are backed day-to-day by a team of senior-level managers and publisher development specialists.

Founding Team

Lindsay Hittman

President & Founder

Prior to joining BrandCycle, Lindsay served as Director of Digital Strategy and Director of Product Development at Acceleration Partners where she developed and launched new business extensions and services. Lindsay’s background and interest in retail and e-commerce was launched in product development and internal consultancy roles for Macy’s and Bloomingdales. Lindsay holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Glazer

Founder & Chairman

In addition to founding BrandCycle, Bob is Founder and Managing Director of Acceleration Partners. A recognized thought leader in performance marketing, Bob is responsible for launching some of the largest and most-well known affiliate programs in the industry. He is also a top-rated speaker and contributing author and has published over 75 articles on marketing, strategy, leadership and entrepreneurship. Bob holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Wool

Founder & Advisor

Matt has spent the last three years cultivating key relationships with lifecycle retailers and has become the go-to adviser for them on affiliate tools and strategic partnerships. He serves as General Manager of Acceleration Partners and his responsibilities include oversight of project delivery and maintenance of client satisfaction. Matt holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston University.

Erin Gagnon

Key Account Manager

Erin comes to BrandCycle from Nashville, Tennessee, where she most recently worked as Account Manager and Director of Strategy for the Bradford Group public relations agency. She has helped execute marketing, advertising, public relations and social media efforts for clients in a range of industries, from technology and real estate to restaurant and retail. Erin graduated from Carnegie Mellon University.
